Enrollment in our programs must be completed through our official registration forms or booking systems.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise noted in writing.
Missed classes are non-refundable. Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion.
We accept no liability for any third-party payment processors you may use during registration (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

Martial arts training involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. By enrolling in any program or class, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.
You agree to:
Disclose any health conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.
Hold harmless Taekwondo Generations, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in any of our activities.
A signed waiver and release of liability is required for all students and/or their legal guardians.

Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate. The parent/guardian must also accept these Terms and sign a waiver before the minor can take part in any class or program.

All content on the Site—including logos, videos, photos, training materials, and class names—is the intellectual property of Taekwondo Generations or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Georgia and U.S. privacy laws.

Monthly memberships, tuition, and seminar fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to emergencies, low enrollment, or holidays. Notices will be posted on the Site and/or communicated via email or text.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taekwondo Generations and its employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising out of your use of the Site or participation in our classes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in USA, Georgia.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated. Continued use of the Site after changes are made signifies your agreement to the new Terms.
